Seventh Edition of BDNY Held in New York


BDNY was held in the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York.

Bringing together designers, architects, and manufacturers for hospitality interiors, the seventh edition of Boutique Design New York (BDNY) was held at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York, November 13–14.

The 2016 show expanded to approximately 100,000 square feet of exhibit space to accommodate its more than 600 exhibitors, displaying a comprehensive and diverse gallery of lighting, fabrics, wallcoverings, furniture, flooring, carpeting, and more.

Included among the exhibitors were Durkan, Dedon, Flavorpaper, Innovations, MDC, Moroso, and Nanimarquina. Durkan, which is Mohawk Group’s hospitality brand, featured the broadloom collection, Mindscapes, designed by Anastasia Su and Martin Lesjak. Lesjak, who leads the Austrian firm INNOCAD, was Contract’s 2015 Designer of the Year.
