Hospitality Design (HD) Summit Recap

Designed to inspire our industry's leaders, our sister publication Hospitality Design (HD) magazine hosted earlier this month its annual HD Summit on March 2-4 at the newly opened Terranea resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif. The event attracted more than 350 executives for networking and learning on the theme of "Seeing Things Differently." Among noted speakers were psychology expert Daniel Simons, author of "The Invisible Gorilla;" neuroscience expert Jonah Lehrer, author of "How We Decide;" and Emily Pilloton, founder and executive director of Project H Design and high school instructor at Studio H.
