Looking up?

Good news via Bloomberg: Construction spending in the U.S. rose (!) in April. Granted, it was only a 0.8 percent gain, but it was the biggest since August 2008 and follows a 0.4 percent increase in March, according to the Commerce Department. Stimulus dollars most likely have played a part in this ever-so-slight upswing, but here's hoping it leads to long-term growth.
